By using the Website, you represent that you satisfy these requirements.

Thrive provides technology, application-processing, program-support, and loan-servicing services for financing programs offered by participating bank partners. Thrive is not a lender and does not originate loans.

Loan availability, approval, amounts, rates, and terms are determined by the applicable lender and are subject to eligibility and underwriting requirements.

Information presented on the Website is for general informational purposes and is not a commitment or guarantee that a loan or particular loan terms will be offered. Your loan documents will contain the terms and conditions applicable to your loan.

5. Permitted and Prohibited Uses

You may use the Website only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms.

2. Provide false, misleading, fraudulent, or unauthorized information;

5. Protect Thrive, its bank partners, Website users, or other persons from harm.

Thrive works to maintain accurate and current Website information but does not guarantee that the Website will always be available, uninterrupted, error-free, or free from harmful components.

Except as otherwise required by law, the Website and its content are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. Thrive disclaims warranties to the extent permitted by applicable law.

Nothing in these Terms limits any warranty, right, or remedy that cannot lawfully be excluded.

11. Limitation of Liability

When required by law or when a change is material, Thrive will provide notice through the Website or another appropriate method before the revised Terms take effect. Changes will not alter the terms of an existing loan or servicing agreement.

Your continued use of the Website after revised Terms become effective constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

13. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to its conflict-of-law principles.

This provision does not deprive you of protections available under the law of your state of residence that cannot be waived by agreement.

14. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is determined to be invalid or unenforceable, that provision will be enforced to the maximum extent permitted by law. The remaining provisions will remain in effect.

15. Entire Agreement

These Terms and the Privacy Policy constitute the agreement between you and Thrive concerning your use of the Website.

These Terms do not replace or modify any application disclosure, loan agreement, servicing agreement, authorization, or other agreement governing a financial product or service.
